Admin Customer Service
The role involves responding to enquiries through email, phone, social media and in person. The role would also involve performing a variety of administration duties, including following through enquiries to quotes, entering customer selections and job details in to spreadsheets, communicating with staff & subcontractors, ordering materials & seeking quotes from other trades etc etc.
Knowledge of building is not a pre-requisite but a love of building would be fabulous and surely help with job satisfactions! so we’re looking for a confident, competent, experienced person who will bring skills to our team to help grow and strengthen the company. Calm under pressure and multi-tasking skills is a must as well as a positive, friendly personality!
