Hi everyone, Kym Dowling here from Dowling Homes and welcome to info video number 1. A series of nine info videos designed and produced to help people understand the preliminary phase of a building project.
The preliminary phase starts with an initial enquiry and goes right through nine steps to lead to what’s known as development approval. This info video number one deals with the enquiry process.
You may have heard of us or seen our work on Facebook or visited our YouTube Dowling Homes 1 site or you may have heard of our name through a recommendation by a friend.
The easiest way to make an enquiry through Dowling Homes is to visit our website which is www.dowlinghomes.staginghost.com.au. And I’m on that site now and this site is very comprehensive, it’s got lots of information, lots of photos of work that we’ve done and different building ideas and I happen and different building ideas. And I happen to be on the home extensions tab now where we have a gallery that highlights some of our work that we’ve done so far.
Further down the page you’ll see what’s at the bottom is a “request a quote” section. And that request a quote section is as simple as filling in your details: your name, contact details, email address, the type of build you’re looking at doing, the type of project it is, whether it’s an upper storey or whether it’s a rear-end addition, the type of budget or the amount of budget that you’re happy to spend on the project and a description at the bottom here. And as much information as you can give us is great because then it gives us the information we need to have a look to see whether your project is viable.
Right at the bottom is “send the message” just simply click on that button and we will receive that enquiry immediately and will respond to that within forty eight hours, set up a time to come and see you and have a chat about your building project.
So that’s as easy as pie to make an enquiry through Dowling Homes, and we look forward to receiving your enquiry and having a chat with you.
I’m Kym Dowling from Dowling Homes. Bye for now.
